IMO International Conventions such as SOLAS, MARPOL, Load Lines and STCW include obligatory regulations inviting Maritime Administrations of Contracting Governments to incorporates the provisions of the respective conventions and instruments into national law to ensure better safety, security and environmental protection. Therefore, Capacity Building Program should be conducted to ensure the effectiveness roles implementation and jurisdiction control.

This is an advanced Capacity Building Program for senior inspectors to update their knowledge and skills to cope with the updated international requirements which are always under development.
This Capacity Building Program contains advanced full training program for senior inspectors of Maritime Administrations and on board management level who are motivated to change career, who would be able to conduct inspections on foreign ships visiting national ports and based on objective evidence(s) to take a proper decision to ensure:
- a proper acceptable working condition of ships before leaving a port
- a ship and its crew are fully complied with the related international requirements.
- PSC officers to be fully conversant and able to apply inspection procedures, objectives and reporting requirements.rnManagement level of seafarers to be well trained for effective application of PSC inspection procedures.
