IMO International Conventions such as SOLAS, MARPOL, Load Lines and STCW are obligatory conventions inviting Maritime Administrations of Contracting Governments to incorporates the provisions of the respective conventions and instruments into national law to ensure better safety, security and environmental protection on their national ships particularly operating in international trade. Therefore, Capacity Building Program shall be conducted to ensure the effectiveness roles implementation and jurisdiction control.
