2017 OPTIMIST AFRICAN CHAMPIONSHIP

H.E Prof. Dr. Ismail Abdel Ghafar Ismail - President of the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT) pariticpated in the opening ceremony of 2017 OPTIMIST AFRICAN CHAMPIONSHIP that was held on Friday 30- 6- 2017, where the Championship was organized by the Egyptian Association for Sailing and Water Gliding in cooperation with AASTMT during the period from 28- 6- 2017 to 5- 7- 2017, at Montazah Water Sports Club - Alexandria.
It is worth to mention that OPTIMIST AFRICAN CHAMPIONSHIP is one of the most important international marine sports championships that was held with the paricipation of 9 African and Asian countries as Algeria, Tunisia, Angola, South Africa Iqia, Mozambique, Tanzania, Seychelles, Morocco and United Arab Emirates, in addition to Egypt (Host Country).
