“Huawei Egypt” Seminar at AASTMT

Within the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT) role that gives the priority to the achievement of an outstanding quality of educational services in its different tracks by getting close to the world’s constant assessment criteria as to raise the level of performance in the educational process and implementing the international TQM in the educational and training fields, AASTMT Alexandria College of Computing and Information Technology hosted “Huawei Egypt” Company, at AASTMT - AbuKir Campus in Alexandria, where “Huawei Egypt” held a seminar for AASTMT students about the company and its Global Competition on Information and Communications Technology that scheduled to be held under the auspices of the Egyptian Ministry of Higher Education during the period from October 2019 - May 2020.
It is worth to mention that through this competition, Huawei is creating an electronic learning platform to train and qualify students on the latest technology, as to examine the students to choose the outstanding for the training and employment opportunities, in addition to offer the most distinguished young people a chance to travel to China to attend the global competition and to represent the Arab Republic of Egypt, as well as to access to advanced training opportunities at Huawei Research and Development headquarters in China, where the company is working to succeed this year in its initiative to provide a comprehensive program to develop the skills of young people as to link them to the labor market, in order to link academic education to the needs of the real Information and Communications Technology market.
