Environmental Preservation Festival

Port Training Institute had co-operated with the College of Engineering & technology to organize a students' festival to clean the eastern port coast Under the slogan "Alexandria is my city" on Saturday 15/5/2010, under the auspices of Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT) and Alexandria Governorate, Where the festival aimed at increasing the students awareness and culture concerning the importance of environmental preservation. As AASTMT students had kept on cleaning the Eastern Port coast area for about 4 hours from all wastes that will be recycled to be reused in addition to, the landscaping process that they had performed to give a form of beauty to this area.
