Egypt won the membership of IMO Executive Council

The Arab Republic of Egypt has won the membership of the Executive Council of the International Maritime Organization after a great year at the Egyptian Maritime sector as well as the Arab Academy for Science and Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT) that had a leading role in serving the Egyptian society and the Arab world that started its activities in January 2015 by the visit of H.E. Mr. Kojo Sekimizu - Secretary General of the International Maritime Organization (IMO) to AASTMT, then H.E Prof. Dr. Ismail Abdel Ghafar Ismail Farag - AASTMT President membership in the Board of Trustees of the International Maritime University, as well as AASTMT great honor with the membership of the Executive Board of the International Association of Maritime Universities as well as the membership of policy and planning committee.
And so, H.E AASTMT President has the pleasure and honor to proudly present his congratulations on the great victory for our beloved Egypt and AASTMT on Egypt`s membership in the International Maritime Organization Executive Council, as well as His Excellency congratulates the Kingdom of Morocco on the occasion of the Council membership.
