- Students taught in high schools, colleges and groups supersaturated medium are deferred recruitment pending the completion of the study.
- Committed by Law 127 for the year 1980 on high schools, colleges and universities to recruit and create records are subject to inspection by the Department of Defense.
- High schools for the postponement of conscription age 22 years or graduation or separation or rescinding of the study.
- Institutes supersaturated medium for the postponement of the recruitment age of 25 years (Center for Maritime hospitality - Institute of technical studies and professional).

A period of compulsory military service for students the graduates:
- High schools and their equivalents: two years of mandatory service.
- Institutes over the medium: one year and a half years’ service.
- Colleges and institutes of higher education: a one-year service
Exemptions from military service (medical / social):
• Final exemption is medically unfit for military service.
• Exempt final only son to the father of the deceased.
• Exempt final only son exceeded 60 years.
• a temporary exemption (ends demise of the reason).
• The only breadwinner for the mother widow – mother got married.
