Objectives

  • Enable students to explore the value of design in the visual presentation of professional, academic, and scientific ideas and knowledge. The course will introduce students to the basic principles of design thinking for effective communication. it will Develop students’ ability to design for communicating ideas across different audiences (general public, specialists, administrators, clients). Also the course should encourage students to use the appropriate graphic language for the design of posters, websites, digital presentations, as well as printed and online publications. Finally it will Introduce students to current digital tools that can be used to create successful visual messages.
