AAST Entrepreneurship Rally
AAST Entrepreneurship Rally is a competition held by the Center of Entrepreneurship at the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport. It is an opportunity for anyone to develop a strong business idea and implement it as an actual startup. Participants are given many training sessions to help them in the implementation process. After many elimination rounds, finalists get to pitch their ideas in front of an international judging panel. Champions are rewarded with cash prizes and admission to an incubation program powered by the Center of Entrepreneurship.
Vision:
Becoming the leading university in Egypt for supporting Entrepreneurship and Innovation while having a remarkable impact on the Egyptian economy in specific and the Arab region in general.
Objectives:
Helping youth to start planning their own business linking it with their passion and their field of study.
Raising awareness about entrepreneurship and its importance.
Increasing the export of Egyptian products, thus improving the Economy in Egypt.
Having a strong network of mentors and experts in the area of entrepreneurship.
Offering diverse solutions to common startup problems.
This year, the Rally competition became more innovative. We have 6 new tracks: Virtual Enterprise, Innovate To Create, Class-Related Startups, Export Enabling, Social Impact, and Graduation Projects. Participants with promising ideas will get the chance to discuss their business plan with many experts in the entrepreneurship field. Winning teams will receive cash prizes in addition to incubation programs to help them in the implementation process.

Students having ideas in their field of study that can be turned into a startup

Social Impact:
Startups that help in community development making an impact on the society
Graduation Projects:
Seniors can apply using their graduation project ideas

رالي ريادة الأعمال
رالي ريادة الأعمال هي مسابقة بيقدمها مركز ريادة الأعمال بالأكاديمية العربية للعلوم و التكنولوجيا و النقل البحري. من خلال المسابقة ديهتقدر لو عندك فكرة مشروع انك تنفذها وتكون رائد اعمال وصاحب مشروع تجاري، ولو معندكش الفكرة هيكون في تدريب في كل فروع الأكاديمية هيساعدك تطلع بفكرة المشروع وبرضه تكون رائد أعمال وصاحب مشروعك الخاص. المسابقة هتساعدك خلال مراحلها المختلفة في مشروعك من أول ما تلاقي الفكرة لحد ما تعمل لها دراسة الجدوي و تضمن نجاحها

Innovate To Create
دي بتكون اللي فيها إبداع في فكرة المشروع و أنه يكون مختلف عن محتوي دراستك في الكلية
Class-Related Startups
دي بتكون الأفكار النابعة من دراستك في الكلية و المشاريع الصغيرة في مواد تخصصك
Export Enabling
دي المشاريع اللي بتساعد في الإعتماد علي الصناعات المصرية و زيادة نسبة التصدير إلي الخارج
Social Impact
دي المشاريع اللي هتساعد علي تنمية المجتمع و توفير حياة أفضل للناس
Graduation Projects
دي بتكون للطلبة اللي هتتخرج السنة دي. ممكن أنهم يدخلوا المسابقة بفكرة مشروع تخرجهم
الجدول الزمني للمسابقة:
1- BRAIN MINTS:
و هو برنامج إرشادي يهدف إلي مساعدة الحاضرين في التعرف علي الشغف الموجود بداخلهم و المواهب المتاحة لديهم، و كيفية إستغلالها في إبداع أفكار مبتكرة يتم تنفيذها كمشاريعهم الخاصة. هذا البرنامج يساعد المشاركين علي الإنتقال من مرحلة الرغبة في إمتلاك مشروع خاص بهم إلي مرحلة الإنتاج و الحصول علي أفكار مشاريع ناجحة يمكن تحقيقها علي أرض الواقع.
2- Deadline:
الموعد النهائي للتقديم يوم 15 فبراير
3- Application Filtration:
مرحلة اختيار الأفكار الأولية عن طريق تقييم فيديو مدته دقيقتان، سيتم رفعه على موقع الأكاديمية من قبل الفريق المتقدم، يلي ذلك اجراء مقابلة عبر الهاتف.
4- Semi Final:
وهي المرحلة النصف نهائية حيث يتم فيها تقييم مشاريع الطلبة من قبل لجنة تحكيم مكونة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس من كل فرع بجانب خبراء من قطاعات المسابقة المختلفة. حيث سيتم اختيار 60 فريق من كل الفروع للتأهل إلى المرحلة النهائية.
5- MINTS READY:
وهو تدريب بالتعاون مع منظمة العمل الدولية للـ50 فريقًا من المرحلة النصف النهائية. هو عبارة عن برنامج إرشادي لمدة 3 شهور يهدف إلى تقييم خطط العمل و دراسة الجدوي الخاصة بالمشاريع. كما أنه يهتم بالمساعدة في التحقق من فرص تقبل العملاء للمنتج مع وضع نموذج مبدئي للمشروع ليكون جاهز تماما للسوق. وذلك يؤدى إلى تحقيق أهداف المبادرة من التركيز على توجيه الأفكار التجارية المحتملة ودعم الشركات الناشئة في مراحلها المختلفة من النضج.
6- Rally Finale:
وهي المرحلة النهائية وهي مقسمة إلى يومين: اليوم الاول وهو خاص بتصفية الــ 60 فريق عن طريق6 لجان تحكيم لاختيار أفضل الفرق .اليوم الثاني وهو خاص بالحفل الختامي وتوزيع الجوائز، حيث سيتم اختيار الفرق الفائزة لجميع المسارات من قبل لجنة الحكام المكونة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس وخبراء من الصناعة
