Congratulations to the Graduating Class!

The College of International Transport and Logistics at AAST Alamein Campus has successfully held the graduation project defense for the first batch of students majoring in Logistics Management. The defense took place on Tuesday, July 9, 2024, in the college auditorium.

Here's a brief overview of the presented projects:

  • Project Title: Investigating the Role of Internet of Things (IoT) Technology in Enhancing Fresh Agriculture Products Quality and Safety

    • Supervisor: Dr. Nancy Draz, Assistant Professor of Supply Chain Information Systems
    • Students: Noor Ahmed Saleh, Abdelrahaman Ahmed Saleh, Roaa Ayman Fathy, Hassan Moussa Hassan
    • This project explored how IoT technology can be utilized to improve the quality and safety of fresh agricultural products.
  • Project Title: An Assessment of Supply Chain Risk on Egyptian Citrus Exports Performance

    • Supervisor: Dr. Ahmed Barakat, Assistant Professor of Supply Chain Management, Associate Dean for Students’ Affairs
    • Students: Abdelrahman Ouda, Aya Magdy, Menna Elnomrosy, Nada Saeed
    • This study evaluated the impact of supply chain risks on the performance of Egyptian citrus exports.
  • Project Title: A Proposal of Establishing an Agriculture Logistics Center in Matrouh Governorate

    • Supervisor: Prof. Islam El-Nakib, Professor of Supply Chain Management, Dean of the College
    • Students: Marwan Nasser, Karim Hany, Abdulrahman Fouad, Omar Ahmed, Ahmed Abdelrahim
    • This project presented a proposal for the establishment of a new agriculture logistics center in the Matrouh Governorate.
