The Fifth Arab Water Conference
Following the guidance of His Excellency Professor Dr. Ismail Abdel Ghaffar Farag, President of the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport, the Academy's College of Pharmacy actively participated in the Fifth Arab Water Conference held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, co-organized by the Technical Secretariat of the Arab Ministerial Water Council of the League of Arab States, from November 22 to 23, 2023.
Dr. Miran Ahmed Al-Hajjar, a researcher at the Research Center of the Academy's College of Pharmacy in Abu Qir, presented a research paper titled "The Effective Role of Plants in Recycling Water to Achieve Environmental Sustainability and Improve the Circular Economy." Her paper was accepted by the conference's scientific committee.
The Dean of the College of Pharmacy, Professor Dr. Amira Mustafa Senbel, expressed her heartfelt gratitude to His Excellency the President of the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport for his unwavering support and encouragement of the College's researchers and scientists. She also extended her appreciation to the conference's Scientific Committee, Organizing Committee, and the Saudi Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture.
