World Modern Pentathlon Championship "Press Conference"
Within the fruitful cooperation between the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT) and the Egyptian Ministry of Youth And Sports, as for AASTMT efforts in sponsoring sports and athletes to achieve AASTMT leading and outstanding role, AASTMT had started hosting the Modern Pentathlon Championship that will be held from 10 - 17 July 2023, at AASTMT AbuKir Campus, with the participation of 35 countries around the world.
In this regard, the World Modern Pentathlon Championship "Press Conference" was held on Wednesday 12- 7- 2023, at AASTMT AbuKir Campus, in the presence of in the presence of H.E. Major General Mohamed Al Sharif - Governor of Alexandria, H.E. Prof. Dr. Ismail Abdel Ghafar Ismail Farag - AASTMT President, H.E. Dr. Fathi Nada - President of the Sports Professions Syndicate, H.E. Mr. Robert Stull - CEO of the Modern Pentathlon in the United States of America, H.E. Eng. Sharif El-Erian - President of the Egyptian Modern Pentathlon Federation and Vice President of the International Federation, H.E. Mr. Saikou Jarju - President of the Modern Pentathlon Federation in Gambia and H.E. Dr. Safaa El Sharif - Undersecretary of the Ministry and Director of the Youth and Sports Directorate in Alexandria. As, H.E. Prof. Dr. Ashraf Sobhy – Egyptian Minister of Youth and Sports, in a recorded speech, participated in the conference activitie and stressed that Egypt's hosting of the championship is based on the confidence of the international sports’ community.
