Within the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT) pioneering role in various fields, AASTMT welcomed an elite delegation including H.E. Dr. Rania Al-Mashat - Egyptian Minister of International Cooperation, H.E. Dr. Nevin Al-Kabbaj - Egyptian Minister of Social Solidarity, H.E. Major General Ashraf Attia - Governor of Aswan, H.E. Ambassador Christian Berger - Head of the European Union Mission, H.E. Mr. Gian Pietro Bordinho - Head of the World Food Program in Egypt, and H.E. Prof. Dr. Ayman Othman - President of Aswan University, on Tuesday 23- 4- 2024, at AASTMT South Valley campus - Aswan.
The visit comes with the follow-up process of AASTMT community service to Sudanese citizens in terms of raising competencies and preparation for the integration and rehabilitation upon return, through programs designed and implemented by AASTMT in cooperation with the World Food Program and the European Union.
