AASTMT Recognized by QS World Sustainability Ranking 2024

 Sustainability is one of the most significant AASTMTs’ strategic core values (Read more). This month, QS world ranking has published its edition of the QS World University Rankings: Sustainability 2024 on 5th December 2023. It is with great honor to announce that QS rankings recognized AASTMT as the only non-governmental University in Egypt amongst the lists.  This adds to AASTMT’s recognition as an educational institution that tackles the Worlds’ Greatest Environmental and Social Challenges.

Accordingly, AASTMT is dedicated to empowering its students and stakeholders through the institutional commitment to a more sustainable existence in the field of higher education. The methodology of the ranking includes the impact done through research and education across the UN’s 17 sustainable development goals (Read more). Further to that, the ranking of QS sustainability reflects on the abilities of AASTMT Alumni to address and solve climate issues through research and actual solutions.

The QS Sustainability Rankings 2024 features nearly 1,400 universities from around the world to measure the institution's ability to tackle the world’s greatest environmental, social and governance (ESG) challenges. AASTMT was ranked as the only non-governmental Egyptian university among the most prominent Universities operating in Egypt. It is worth to mention that AASTMT was ranked 783 worldwide on the Governance Rank and ranked 870 worldwide on the Environmental Impact Rank measure.
