The student/ Adham Magdy Mahmoud Ismail, second year, at the Faculty of Medicine, El Alamein Branch, obtained in the Egyptian Universities Championship: first place and the gold medal.

The first place and gold medal in the sport of diving are among the highest accomplishments any player can achieve. This achievement requires the player to have excellent skills and focus to make a perfect leap from a height of 10 meters. THE DIVE REQUIRES THE PLAYERS PHYSICAL STRENGTH, FLEXIBILITY, AND BALANCE, AS WELL AS HIGH SELF-CONFIDENCE AND FULL CONTROL OF MOVEMENTS

JUMPING FROM A HEIGHT OF 10 METERS IS A GREAT CHALLENGE FOR DIVERS, AS THEY HAVE TO OVERCOME THE FEAR AND STRESS CAUSED BY THE SUPERHEIGHT ALTITUDE. An accurate knowledge of proper movements and techniques is also required to perform the jump accurately, while keeping an aesthetic and elegant appearance in the air.

DIVING FROM A HEIGHT OF 10 METERS IS A CHALLENGE TO REFLECT, AS THE PLAYER NEEDS TO ACHIEVE AN IDEAL BALANCE AND PERFECT MOVEMENTS IN A VERY SHORT PERIOD OF TIME. Thus, winning a gold medal in this category is a notable sporting achievement that deserves to be celebrated and recognized.
