• is is a practical course aiming at getting students to experience hands on experience of heritage management and fundamentals of conservation. It is focused on the main concepts of heritage management parallel to visiting many heritage sites in Upper Egypt.. It will be composed of lecture in class, and intensive field work. Students will select sites to apply on it what they learn and create a final report of a site management plan with proper risk assessment, stakeholder analysis, accessibility, community archaeology, community memory, visiting management, maps, and sustainability.
