Program Objectives:
The program aims to create and build capacities of candidates in handling litigation with courts or arbitration. The study stresses on formalities, procedures and conclusion of contracts. Upon completion of the program, candidates will be also capable of managing commercial transactions through an integrated logistics system through integrated management aiming to facilitate customer service at the minimum time and competitive cost up to the highest performance levels.
