This course introduces the principles and practices of maritime business administration and their application to organizations operating within the maritime sector. The course examines the business environment of shipping companies, ports, logistics providers, and other maritime organizations, with particular emphasis on competitiveness, globalization, digitalization, sustainability, and innovation. Analyze the structure and business environment of maritime organizations. Apply basic management principles to maritime business operations.
