This course introduces the fundamental principles and practices of international business management in an increasingly globalized economy. It examines the international business environment and the factors influencing business activities across national borders, including economic systems, political and legal environments, cultural differences, international trade, and globalization. The course covers international market entry strategies, global marketing, international operations, strategic management, cross-cultural management, international finance, and ethical considerations. Emphasis is placed on developing effective strategies for managing organizations and projects in diverse and dynamic international environments. By the end of the course, students will be able to: Explain the fundamental concepts and importance of international business management. Analyze the economic, political, legal, cultural, and technological factors affecting international business. Evaluate different international market entry and expansion strategies.
