To identify and analyze the major challenges facing mariculture, including environmental impacts, diseases, feed resources, climate change, and resource competition. To develop students’ understanding of sustainable and responsible mariculture practices and management strategies. To enable students to evaluate innovative approaches and future opportunities for the sustainable development of the mariculture sector.
