Objectives

• This course aims to provide an understanding of the construction contracts and law as applied to the construction industry. By the end of the course, the student should have a clear knowledge of how construction contracts are procured, and have further developed basic analytical skills to prepare construction claims/change orders and necessary supporting documentation.
