Description

The course intends to develop the students’ knowledge related to media relations and public affairs. The course topics will cover the stakeholders’ management and communication strategies with the public and how to influence opinions, and the best practices to develop positive relationships with the media to generate positive media coverage, crisis communication and reputation management.
