At the end of this course students will be able to : 1. Recognize the elements of a framework for marketing channel design and implementation 2. Describe and apply fundamental concepts to codify performance of channels’ flow either by channel or by channel participant 3. Develop a deep and broad understanding of strategic plans, programs, and policies for logistics activities according to organization’s requirements 4. Analyze real business logistics performance related to DC and its weakness 5. Evaluate the DC profit share 6. Apply analytical tools and techniques to interpret different DC collaborative strategies 7. P1: Formulate several strategies to adopt and visualize channel design for cases presented 8. Develop oral, written and technology-supported communication skills. 9. Adopt leadership skills and teamwork in different cultures in the national and international community.
