Apply a working knowledge of personality, perception, attributions and values in OB and be able to apply them to interactions at work. 3. Discuss the contributions of ethical and social responsibility by individuals and organizations whether planning strategically or implementing planning operationally. 4. Demonstrate OB practices as a series of interrelated processes designed to manifest the organization's mission and to support organizational effectiveness and desired outcomes. 5. Identify the key issues in cross cultural management, including the social construction of different cultural mores and expectations in the context of rapidly changing business environments.
