  • 1. Bridge the “theory – practice gap” by combining professional experience in human resources with an academic core emphasizing reading, discussion, reflection and analysis. 2. Facilitate the development of critical skills related to success in human resources. 3. Analyze the different dimensions of the Strategic Human Resource Management. 4. Describe the characteristics of the Knowledge Based Economy (KBE) and the knowledge workers (Intellectual Capital). 5. Explore different methods to manage workforce diversity and explore the need for creating a supportive corporate culture. 6. Identify strategies for promoting and / or managing employees’ performance management.
