Objectives

  • This course helps participants to acknowledge and understand the role of strategy in business success. The course is designed to allow participants to critically analyze previous initiatives in strategy development, implementation, and management. Thus, participants will be able to recognize success and failure parameters in strategy formulation. A critical aim of this course is to help participants in broadening their thinking and switching their interest from short term considerations to long term vision. Moreover, the course will prepare participants with the needed skills to collate different perspectives and develop clear understanding to the broader picture of the business and thus designing appropriate strategies.
