Description

• Articulate the students learning experience in the form of a carefully reasoned proposal for a graduation project. • Participate in team work activities. • Examine and critically discuss media theory related to media production projects. • Analyze and assess technical and production issues related to media production projects. • Collaborate on media production projects from production to distribution. • Critically reflect on the process, strengths and weaknesses of the project work. • Critically reflect on students' contribution to the project/s.

Objectives

  • This course is designed to prepare the students to participate and conduct different projects related to the Media field. In this course, students will work in a team setting and will use educational tools to broaden his/her knowledge about a particular or self-selected topic. The students will conduct research papers to meet the project's requirements, shoot and edit their project and translate it. At the end of the semester, the students' teams are required to submit research papers, scripts and audiovisual material, and participate in oral presentations for examination. The purpose of the Graduation Project is to assure that the students have acquired the skills, knowledge and concepts necessary to perform well when they leave the university. Students are also expected to show how proficient they are in solving real world problems with certain constraints for the outcome-based evaluation by the review board.
