This course aims at enhancing students’ technical communication skills, especially writing and oral skills. The course provides both theoretical and practical bases for the students to master different types of skills needed for communicating effectively in the workplace. The course also helps students to build on their communication strengths and learn how to remedy their weaknesses through constructive feedback. Topics include communicating effectively in the workplace, conducting formal meetings, conducting interviews and delivering persuasive presentations.
