Detect changes in the internal environment of an organization and value delivery process. 2.2. Identify the needed elements in leading a group of people 2.3. Recognize the different motivational elements needed to achieve organizational goals Distinguish between the different organizational behaviors found among employees. Through general and transferable skills, students will be able to: 3.1. Apply various organizational behavior approaches to achieve organizational goals that are aligned with corporate strategy or project developments 3.2. Construct new leadership methods to guide employees 3.3. Assess leadership principles and ideas to achieve organizational goals 3.4. Egyptian Archaeology

Objectives

  • This course emphasizes trends relevant to the location of the pending global residency, and touches on issues directly relevant to the future leaders with a focus on developing a personal leadership Action Plan. Participants integrate concepts learned throughout the program into a personalized action plan that identifies the strategic priorities, action steps, and areas of opportunity in their individual leadership journeys. The plan that each participant produces serves as a guide for future growth and success and directly prepares the participant for the Closing Residency. This course provides students with the skills necessary to lead an implementation of a business idea with entrepreneurship spirit. NOTE: The main application in this course will focus on Archaeology and Cultural Heritage.
