Description

This course serves as an introduction to tourism legislations and law?s governing the industry. It introduces the tourism establishments? definitions, classification, licensing, obligations, and exemptions according to the Egyptian Law. It presents the Tourism Chambers and the travel agencies classifications, licensing and obligations according to the Egyptian Law. It explores the Tourism Promotion Association and the tour guide functions and the Tour Guiding Syndicate. Then, it explains the relationship between the hotel and public authorities and the relation between the hotel and its guests. It discusses the hotel privilege and the privileges of the Guests. It also tackles laws regulating the entrance, accommodation and departure of foreign tourists. It defines frontiers formalities, procedures and their importance in tourism and the tourism facilities and their limitations. Topics include regulation of Tourism Security, necessity of Tourism Insurance, facilities offered by government to the tourism industry and the International Tourism Organizations.
