Description

This course serves as an introduction to word processing and presentations. It introduces word processing. It tackles the word processing main operation. Also, it trains students to adjust settings and format paragraph and text. It introduces preparing tables, pictures, designing images and charts and the process of mail merge. It teaches students to develop power point presentation. It allows students to form text and images. Then, it allows students to form charts, graphs and drawn objects. In addition, it presents slide show preparation and the slide show effects. It introduces preparation of output and printing it from the word and the power point.

Objectives

• Duplicate and move text within and between documents. Demonstrate competence in using some of the features associated with word with word processing application. Generate and apply standard mathematical and logical formulas using standard formulas and functions. Demonstrate competence in creating and formatting graphs/charts.
