Description

This course is designed to provide the students with the essential and applied knowledge on basic fish biology with a special focusing on certain topics which have a direct relevance in fisheries and fish culture, including: taxonomy, anatomy, life history and diversity. Food and feeding habits and fish reproduction and fish growth and growth models of important fish species will also be covered.
