Description

Description: This course is designed to introduce students to the basics of oral proficiency, pronunciation, and fluency in a coherent production, enabling students to improve their ability to use English orally with a higher degree of accuracy and flexibility. Students will also receive voice and speech coaching suitable to their future work as broadcasters news anchors ,news bulletin readers, announcers and program presenters. Extensive oral language practice will be given in English through news, speeches, broadcasts related to students' specialization

  •  Identifying phonemic distinctions and pronounce English phonemes correctly  Pronouncing word stress correctly  Developing more natural intonation and stress patterns in English.  Developing normal speed in oral production necessary for broadcasting and news reading  Developing accurate reception and production skills
