  • 1. Identify the market and customers’ requirement and analyze best practices deployed. 2. Apply the principles of Lean (incremental improvement methodology) within organizational settings to eliminate non-added-value activities (waste elimination). 3. Distinguish between different Lean practices and techniques that are commonly adopted to achieve a successful transformation towards Lean implementation. 4. Assess the situation of current manufacturing processes; identify the weaknesses and applying Lean practices to improve the process. 5. Evaluate the improvements achieved as a result of transforming to lean.
