A constitution is the blueprint of a nation. It establishes the basic framework for the operation of the state and expresses its important social and political values. In many ways, it s also as the national conscience. Much can be learned about a country by examining its constitutional documents and its approaches to constitutionalism. This course focuses on the nature of constitution, how to establish new constitutions, amendments of constitutions and compare among the different types constitutions.
