Description
This course provides an application of the general concepts of business administration to the particular nature of pharmacy practice. Students are offered a tailored review of the concepts of business management that fits into the legislative and ethical framework of pharmacy. The administrative and hierarchal structure of healthcare organizations are reviewed. Several activities are designed to train the student in these aspects together with issues of human resource management and conflict resolution.
