This course explores the new paradigm of management and the recent management thinking as well as the contemporary application of management ideas in organization. The combination of established scholarship, new ideas and real-life application will give students a taste of contemporary management. The course offers students an in-depth exposure and knowledge to the fundamentals of management and skills necessary to manage any firm in today’s rapidly changing marketplace. It will explore the history and theories of management to help students comprehend and investigate current management-related problems and changes in the market place.
