Description

The course aim is to learn different types and stages of group process, understanding theoretical and practical concepts of group dynamics, having self evaluation and leadership skills, increasing competence to work with clients with different cultures. This course will provide students with the ability to work as individuals or in a team to improve performance in an organization.

Understand the purpose and scope of ISO 9001 management system.
