Objectives

  • 1. Clearly understand the current status of his operation/process and how products flow throughout the entire processes. 2. Identify, select and use the appropriate tool(s) to analyze business processes/activities and investigate the root cause of an issue/constraint/problem and propose appropriate list of solutions. 3. Identify performance measures to clearly monitor and improve organizational/ departmental performance. 4. Effectively manage his/her function to actively contribute in reaching planned objectives. 5. Acknowledge the role of teams and individuals in reaching and cascading organization objectives as well as how to motivate subordinates to accomplish stated goals. 6. Plan and design organizational activities in accordance to organization strategic objectives and prevailing culture.
