The course includes: an overview of the principals of electronic commerce from the business perspective; a history of the origin and growth of e-commerce; e-business models: successes and failures; customer service, order fulfillment and payment systems; electronic catalogs; technology for e-business, marketing, legal issues and careers in e-business.
