ِAt the end of this course students will be able to : 1- Acknowledge the role of customer relationship management in supply chain 2- Design customer relationship management strategies 3-cknowledge the role of information technology in customer relationship management 4- Analyze and evaluate information and factors that affect the implementation and success of the customer relationship strategy 5- Analyze case studies to discuss the good and bad decisions in customer relationship management 6- Create innovative solutions to solve the problems and challenges facing the organizations by using IT applications in customer relationship management 7- Work in teams to develop leadership skills. 8- Students will use oral, written, technology supported communication skills
