Managerial Accounting

Description

This course aims at creating awareness about the concepts and objectives of managerial accounting, as well as highlighting the uses of managerial accounting in planning operations, monitoring and decision making by the preparation of financial plans. It also emphasizes the application of budgeting techniques as well as the preparation of performance reports that serve in decision making processes.
