"AASTMT" - "Danaos Shipping Co. Ltd" Agreement

Within the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT) co-operational agreements with different World Universities and institutions that promote discussion and exchange of experiences in areas of mutual interest, AASTMT welcomed a delegation from Danaos Shipping Co. Ltd, on Tuesday 26- 7- 2022, at AASTMT AbuKir Campus.
During the visit, H.E Mr. Dimitrios Vastarouchas - Director of Fleet Operations at Danaos Shipping Company, and his accompanying delegation discussed the methods of cooperation, then His Excellency signed an agreement between "AASTMT" and "Danaos Shipping Co. Ltd" in the presence of a group of AASTMT Officials, where the agreement was signed with regarding to AASTMT College of Maritime Transport and Technology students training and employment, as Danaos Shipping company has a long history of operating and investing in the shipping industry, as well as, Danaos manages one of the largest independently owned fleet of modern, large-size containerships.
