"AASTMT" - "Arab Organization for Industrialization" New Co-operational Agreement

Within the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT) Co-operational Agreements with different World Universities and institutions that promote discussion and exchange of experiences in areas of mutual interest, and as keeping on "AASTMT" and "Arab Organization for Industrialization" distinguished relations, H.E Prof. Dr. Ismail Abdel Ghafar Ismail Farag - AASTMT President and H.E Lieutenant General Abdel Moneim El-Terras - Chairman of the Arab Organization for Industrialization (AOI), signed a new co-operational agreement between "AASTMT" and "AOI" on Wednesday 20- 4- 2022, at AOI Headquarters, in the presence of a group of "AASTMT" and "AOI" Officials.
"AASTMT" and "AOI" agreement was signed in accordance with the directives of His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi - President of the Arab Republic of Egypt, to achieve an integration between universities, scientific research entities and national industrial institutions in order to achieve the state’s plan to deepen local industrialization and localize modern technology in accordance with Egypt’s vision 2030, where the agreement was signed to strengthen the efforts as to achieve a joint integration in different fields of research and according to the Fourth Industrial Revolution standards.
It`s worth to mention that AOI was established in 1975 following an Arab international agreement to establish an advanced industrial base, as the agreement included the Arab Republic of Egypt, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and the State of Qatar, then the authority changed to be owned by the Arab Republic of Egypt since 1993, as AOI has strong relations with several multinational companies.
