College of Fisheries and Aquaculture Technology has organized, in cooperation with the National Institute of Oceanography and Fisheries (NIOF)

College of Fisheries and Aquaculture Technology has organized, in cooperation with the National Institute of Oceanography and Fisheries (NIOF), a scientific trip the Department of Aquaculture's students to the Biotechnology and Natural Products Laboratory at NIOF in 14/3/2024 . This comes within the framework of linking the academic side with the applied side of the aquaculture courses. The students were introduced to the laboratory possibilities of microalgae development for the production of biofuels and performed some practical parts necessary for this.

They also visited the Aquarium in an entertaining setting beside the training part.

The college extends its sincere thanks and appreciation to all members of the research staff in charge of this distinguished training at NIOF, and looks forward to more fruitful and constructive cooperation between the two parties.
