The Arab Academy for science, technology and maritime transport in Abu Qir will host the world junior Modern Pentathlon Championship from June 25 : 30 . The tournament is attended by 42 countries : Austria, Brazil, Bulgaria, Burkina Faso, Canada, Chile, China, Taiwan, Ivory Coast, Czech Republic, France, Gambia, Ghana, Georgia, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Guatemala, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Kazakhstan, Korea, Kuwait, Lithuania, Mali, Mexico, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Serbia, South Africa, Spain, Switzerland, Turkey, Uganda, Ukraine, America, and neutral players from two countries, in addition to Egypt, the organizing country. 170 players, 96 players, 74 players, 109 coaches and administrators are participating in the tournament, and 31 FIFA officials and VIPs are also attending the tournament, bringing the total number of guests of the tournament among players, coaches, administrators and officials to 310 individuals.
