Sarah joined the military establishment school team after encouragement from her brother, and at the age of eleven Sarah participated in her first championship and achieved first place, her young age did not prevent her from joining the Egyptian national weightlifting team and participating in African and World Championships, and in the Youth Olympics in Nanjing, China 2014.
