Golden Girl: Maryam Sheikh Wins Gold in Open Water Swimming

On behalf of the College of Language and Communication, Prof. Abeer Refky is delighted to announce and celebrate the remarkable achievement of Mariam Maryam Sheikh, a student from the Humanities Department, who recently won the gold medal in the Alexandria Open Water Swimming Championship for under 19 years old. The championship took place on Friday, October 6, 2023.Mariam's outstanding performance and dedication have not only brought great pride to herself but have also reflected positively on the college.
