Importance of Export

Professor Abdel Hamid Al-Najjar, Director of the Export Sector, was hosted by the College of International Transport and Logistics in El Alamein, on Wednesday, March 9, 2022. Mr. Abdel Hamid Al-Najjar reviewed the importance of exporting to Egypt and the extent of its impact on the national economy. The seminar began by presenting the concepts and basics of international trade, the most important terms and successful import and export strategies, methods of studying the market and entering new markets professionally, in addition to reviewing some trade agreements and their role in increasing exports, as well as the procedures followed in the import and export process. The session also reviewed a presentation on international marketing and its strategies, as well as international marketing procedures and obstacles and how to overcome them. The main objective behind this is to try to maximize profit and enhance market share. International trade is the lifeblood of other countries, and the more the area of ​​trade expands, it leads to the recovery of the gross domestic product. A second part of this seminar will be organized during the next week via the Zoom platform to review many shipping and export documents and discuss them with the students.
