Renewal of the Accreditation of the Masters Programmes of English for Specific Purposes

In Celebration of the Golden Jubilee for the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime transport and the 10th Anniversary for College of Language and Communication, Professor Abeer Refky, Dean of College of Language and Communication (Alexandria Headquarters), and Dr. Inas Hussein, Vice Dean for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research, congratulate CLC on the renewal of the accreditation of the Maters Programme in English for Specific Purposes (ESP) by the Supreme Council of Egyptian Universities for 5 years till the end of the Academic Year 2025/ 2026. The obtained degrees in ESP are equivalent to the Masters in Arts degrees offered by Egyptian universities.
The Masters programmes in ESP, accredited by the SCU in 2016, are unique in the Middle East. They provide candidates with the knowledge and professional skills required for teaching ESP courses, syllabus design and materials development, assessment and programme evaluation, etc.
